Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:

Black Dog Coffee Roasters ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping Policy:
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Local pick up at our Signal Hill. CA location:
Please call 562-257-6818 for available hours to pick up. Normal hours 9:00am to 5:00pm M-F.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
