Our Tanzania Peaberry is produced by a group of small farm holders in Northern Tanzania. The lot is comprised of Bourbon and Kent varieties and is washed and sun dried. In the cup, our Tanzania Peaberry has citrusy notes and a very good acidity and body.
Peaberry is a naturally occurring selective process, which can produce a more intense flavor profile.
